What is a CCRC?
Country Crest is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), which means that we provide a continuum of care that includes independent residential living, a Resident Assistance Program and healthcare, all at one site. This assures you of a seamless transition between levels of care should your health needs change. At Country Crest, you will also have access to all the community has to offer, such as the library, computer station, crafts, music, gardening and a host of other activities and amenities.
Country Crest offers a 50% Repayable Contract for an entrance fee. The repayable entrance fee provides you with a guaranteed refund of 50% of your entrance fee throughout the life of the contract. Leave Country Crest and the repayable amount of the entrance fee will be returned to you or your estate upon re-occupancy of your apartment.
The fees for Continuing Care typically involve a one-time entrance fee, as well as, a regular monthly service fee. Entrance fees are based on your chosen apartment size.
