Country Crest offers two distinct options in service packages: The Classic and The Choice. The Classic is an inclusive option for those who really want to enjoy that carefree lifestyle along with the security and financial benefits of the full continuing care program. The Choice option, which offers a significant savings on the monthly fee, caters to an independent person wanting the advantages of a great community like Country Crest, but the freedom to do their own cooking or take off at a moment's notice.

The Classic Package*

Monthly Service Fees would include the following services and amenities:

• Your choice of apartment home
• Utilities – water, sewer, electricity, heating and air conditioning (all but phone)
• Basic cable television
• Maintenance (interior and exterior upkeep)
• Repair and replacement of provided appliances
• Grounds upkeep (lawn and landscaping services)
• Free parking (convenient for you and your guests)
• Access to healthcare, Resident Assistance Program, community amenities and activities
• Oroville Sports Club Membership
• Trips, activities and programs
• Priority access to Country Crest Health Center
• 20 days yearly in the health care center—free except for ancillary costs
• Security (personnel on duty around the clock)
• Emergency response system
• Dining (your choice of one meal per day from our restaurant-style menu in our dining room, served by our gracious wait staff)
• Housekeeping on a weekly basis
• Flat linen service on a weekly basis
• Transportation to appointments, shopping and healthcare
• Property taxes
